Project Definition - Preparation of full set of technical drawings and obtaining all necessary permissions, Creating Bill of Materials and signing purchase contracts, Bidding and contracts awarding for  subcontractors

 

Project Implementation - Site management, materials storage organization and security, land preparation, metal support and PV module assembly, cables and connection boxes, transformer invertor stations, high voltage connection, Installation of SCADA monitoring system 

 

Project  Completion Phase - 72 hours acceptance test, creation of as-build  technical drawings, preparation of Operation and Maintenance manuals

 

Preliminary Acceptance Test - 30 days operational test with full PV power

Monitoring of string, inverter and plant performance, Evaluation of PV plant performance ratio versus parameters in the EPC contract, Switch to Final Acceptance test based on positive preliminary test evaluation

 

Final Acceptance Test - 365 days operational test with full PV power, Monitoring of strings, invertors and plant performance, Hand over of the PV plant to the investor following completion and positive final acceptance test evaluation
